Hi, I’m Maria. I’m a certified doula, a mother, and a passionate advocate for families in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
With a background in Human Development, I combine professional knowledge with lived experience to provide calm, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed care. Since Medi-Cal and other health plans now cover doula services, I’m honored to serve families full-time with heart, knowledge, and presence.
How I Support Families
I offer:
-Prenatal visits to prepare emotionally and practically for birth
-Virtual birth support during labor (text, calls, and real-time guidance)
-Postpartum visits to support recovery, feeding, and emotional well-being
Important: I do not provide in-person labor or delivery support.
Birth support is offered virtually only.
Beginning Care with Me
I support a limited number of families each month to ensure everyone receives the time and attention they deserve.
Because of that, I no longer offer discovery calls or interviews.
